Yup, decomissioned yet kept afloat either as a museum or as a learning tool especially for the reserves. It could also be used as a topic for maritime engineering students to see if they could come up with a way to rekindle its old warrior's heart and make it a modern and formidable tool (bit of a challenge yun). Kahit drawing man lang (or autocad). Such input can be a help in designing future warships (especially on the issue of upgradability). I wonder if our navy could detect the ChiCom subs that have included our area in their patrols. Kung surface vessels pa lang outmatched na tayo what more those subs which we can't even see. |

Command is about authority, about appointment to a position. Effective leadership is different. It must be learned and practiced in order for it to rise to the level of art.
