just a question sirs. sorry for being slightly OT. why is that the PNP-SAF and some local SWAT weaponry looks up to date than the weaponry our AFP operators (NAVSOG, FSSR, PAF SPOW, LRB) on their photo-ops? I mean, is it for the sake of secrecy that's why the don't holler about it? I mean, even if it was for the sake of secrecy, a jihad dude or commie schmoe would still conclude that our AFP spec-ops has the same updated armory like their PNP counterparts. So why don't show 'em off anyway? When I was in RCBC makati tower earlier, I saw some SAF peeps with guns that looked extra slick with those ferfrans mods and other tactical attachments. While our AFP operators use pimped m-16's (long and carbine lenght) with no tactical attachments. I've seen some of the AFP's elite in full battle gear waiting to board a c-130 somewhere in cjvab about 2 weeks ago. Well, I've seen some do have attachments while others don't. IMO, AFP operators should also get those weapon upgrades and tactical attachments coz they are the battle hardened types. And they'll need every tactical advantage on the field. No offense to our PNP guys. But isn't it ironic?  I'm having a hard time figuring it out. Please enlighten me on this one sirs! :aberet: |
