Its not a combat situation. They're there to setup a perimeter around the volcano. Prevent usis and the like from coming to near when it explodes. I wonder how they'll cook it: tinola, adobo, or plain roasted? Pucha, gutom tuloy ako ah....
	You may have superior weaponry, but you're out of ammo, and I've still got plenty of rocks.

Arguably, its the best chow out there, much much better than precooked MREs. Iba talaga ang sarap ng sabaw manok. But SL did have a point there, the soldiers assisting the evacuation of residents near Mayon volcano were actually attacked by the uncaring communist terrorists.

I know you will find this a bit strange, but the Vietcong actually trained ducks to warn them of approaching American soldiers. A Green Beret team took sometime to figure out why the VC almost always manage to slink out of their camp to escape their assaults, only to learn from an informant that the ducks actually quack to warn the enemy of their approach.
