icorrect lang natin... walang hazing sa AFP o sa PMA... hazing was already defined by the law. to all posters please be guided by the definition of hazing by the REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8049 Section 1. Hazing, as used in this Act, is an initiation rite or practice as a prerequisite for admission into membership in a fraternity, sorority or organization by placing the recruit, neophyte or applicant in some embarrassing or humiliating situations such as forcing him to do menial, silly, foolish and other similar tasks or activities or otherwise subjecting him to physical or psychological suffering or injury. The term "organization" shall include any club or the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippine National Police, Philippine Military Academy, or officer and cadet corp of the Citizen's Military Training and Citizen's Army Training. The physical, mental and psychological testing and training procedure and practices to determine and enhance the physical, mental and psychological fitness of prospective regular members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Philippine National Police as approved ny the Secretary of National Defense and the National Police Commission duly recommended by the Chief of Staff, Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Director General of the Philippine National Police shall not be considered as hazing for the purposes of this Act. |

Never mind people calling you a coward, Sir judiel. Always run away from a fight. Just parry the blow, give the paralyzing blow and then run away. That's what my master in taekwondo taught me. This North Korean-Chinese gay spy I was talking about. He challenged me to a fight. I did not fight him. He wants to bring it outside. I said no. There were witnesses. But instead I filed a warrant of surveillance on him for "challenging someone to a duel". Challenging someone to a duel can amount to three years to five years in prison. Since you are aspiring to be PNP, better know the law than get into trouble. RUN AWAY FROM A FIGHT, YOUNG LAD! And take note of this. If you accept a challenge to a fist fight you can either be tagged as a co-principal, accessory, or accomplice to someone challenging you. I tell you of an incident where I did not run away from it. I was in a strip bar. Bar closed. In the parking lot I was talking to a girl inside her car. I didn't know that her boyfriend was just around the corner. Boyfriend came to me with a knife at his back. I gave him a kick in the adam's apple. Boyfriend choked really hard like MSantor with his "cough, cough, cough". He got hospitalized. Intensive care unit and was pronounced have 50-50 chance. Boyfriend sued me for attempted homicide. I pleaded self-defense. I got away with a technicality. Lucky me! Cough, cough, cough of MSantor by the way is allegedly libelous. The same harrassing tactics thrown at me by commies, Chinese, Cuban, French spies while relieving real life coup sympathizers like Tito Sotto and Johnny Enrile. I can let it pass. But my handlers in ISAPF and PNP intelligence might not let it pass. My ex-father in law, Roberto, is about to retire. He'll surely retire penniless because he is incorruptible. But he doesn't want to. He is petrified of someday someone from Abu Sayaff or NPA might kidnap his grandson or daughter and ask for ransom money which he would not be able to produce. So it is possible that he dispatches my guardian lawyer and his lawyer to file allegedly criminal libelous charges and personal injury lawsuits on MSantor for dragging his name into his allegations as my handler inside RAM-SFP as a deep penetration agent. Throwing allegations of cough cough cough at me is like dragging me and him into this mess. Estimated damages slapped by the judge may amount to 1 billion dollars including lawsuits slapped on radio stations in Toronto. Then my ex-father in law can have billions of dollars as ransom money in case her lovely good daughters get kidnapped. If still you cannot be swayed by my arguments and you always have that angst to prove your manliness, go to Richmond Hill, Vancouver, Canada. Go to MSantor and ask him what strain of tuberculosis does he have that he always cough in this forum. Tell him, epigone alerted the Ministry of Health and might be confined in a sanitorium if they found out his tuberculosis in an incurable strain. I hope he does not say "Hayop ka" to you like what he said to maniegom or else hell might break loose..that is if you cannot be swayed. Tell him it's ok for him to cough in front of CSIS but never cough inside an El Al airline. One tried, he starred in a headline news in Canadian press, as "a man strickened with tuberculosis". was confined in a sanitorium and ostracized everywhere. These El Als you know are,....you know what.....THEY'RE PRETTY POWERFUL.. |

I strongly agree and I believe this is the true reason for hazing, but what about "beast barracks" ? What about being asked "what do you think of us, monsters?". These phrases are the ones giving hazing a different reason and meaning. Some 3rd classmen are just seeking revenge. |

Doon ka naman mali, tita maldits. Those who made me targets of flying kicks happened to be my neighbors and drinking buddies. Although they were the cause of my AWOL due to stress I have completely considered them as part of my training and toughened me. When 3 NPAs cordoned me in a bus in Toronto and said, "We think it over before we kill you, epigone", it didn't even bother me. Chances are they are going to beat me, if I raise hell. But hell did it not even scare me. Sanay na akong target ng flying kick nila Panfilo Lacson bakit ako matatakot magulpe nitong mga NPA na itong nakapasok ng Canada through the assistance of Chinese spies in immigration. To prove my point, I have a suggestion. Why not organize Blood Sport Philippines? Satur Ocampo who trained the CPP-NPA versus Panfilo Lacson who trained PNP. Matira matibay.

Five cops relieved for alleged hazing By BARBARA MIJARES, ABS-CBN Bacolod | 11/12/2008 5:04 PM The Western Visayas police leadership has relieved two tactical officers and eight assistant instructors in connection with its investigation into the alleged hazing of police trainees at Camp Aniceto Lacson in Victorias City, Negros Occidental. Ordered relieved were Inspectors Stephen Somosot and Dianne Grace Aquitania and Police Officers 1 Chery Lacson, Rizal Homena, and Joemarie Arboleda. Superintendent Remus Zacharias Canieso, commander of the 6th Police Regional Mobile Group, said his office had recommended the filing of an administrative case for neglect of duty against Aquitania while charges for grave misconduct were recommended against the other four police officers. Canieso said the administrative charges were recommended against the police officers after for the alleged hazing of police trainees. Canieso had said that 51 of the 242 neophyte policemen have suffered hematoma in different parts of their bodies while others have acquired "health difficiencies" during training at the camp. The police official said the health deficiencies came up in the results of the police trainees’ medical tests at the Teresita Jalandoni Memorial Hospital conducted last Friday. The tests were conducted after several police trainees complained that their trainers subjected them to hazing. Four police trainees have been sent back home and were recommended to quit the training after getting sick during training. In a text message sent to ABS-CBN Bacolod, a police trainee said his buddies at the training camp are being hit by their trainers with PVC pipes and big pieces of hardwood. "This is not a normal practice of the PNP that is why we have laws against these practices. It is for this reason, also, that we are placing our instructors under investigation. In fact, they were already restricted to camp,” Canieso said when informed about the complaint. Last month, a police trainee identified as Police Officer 1 Tristan Lopez died during a routine exercise outside the camp. The National Bureau of Investigation and the Philippine National Police has been conducting separate investigations into Lopez’s death. Chief Superintendent Isagani Cuevas, Western Visayas police director, said they are now trying to investigate the possible link of the alleged malpractice at the training camp to Lopez’s death. "Some tactical instructors and trainers think hazing is helpful for the officers, but we are still determining whether it is true or not. We will file appropriate charges if lapses and negligence were committed,” Cuevas said. With Nico Delfin http://www.abs-cbnnews.com/nation/regions/...-alleged-hazing |
