To be more specific, the second pic is that of a T-80BV which is an upgrade of the T-80B. And yes, the T-90 has not yet been paraded by the Russians.

The SAF is an armed force , not a civilian corporation. Its mission is to defeat its enemies, ruthlessly and completely. Its an instrument of controlled fury, designed to visit death and destruction of its foes...soldiers must have steel in their souls ..must learn in war to kill and not to flinch, to destroy and not to feel pity, to be a flaming sword in the righteous cause of national survival.

History of Castillejos Cavalry Brigade

The Castillejos Cavalry Brigade has its oldest known roots in History in a Unit of 100 cavalrymen created in the Italian city of Milan on 4 April, 1661 and named “Trozo de Milan.”

This Unit included new rode units between 1697 and 1815. Its name was changed several times and finally, on 1763, was named Lancer Regiment of the King number 1. After some garrison town changes it was based in Zaragoza on 1821.

On the other hand, on 9th of January of 1869 another unit was created called the Hussars Regiment of Cavalry, “Castillejos number 6,” in remembrance of the Battle of the same name that took place in Africa on 1st of January of 1860.
On 1931, both units were merged and formed the Hussars Regiment number 2 that on 1943 was renamed as Dragons Regiment Castillejos.

Since 1960, without any other garrison changes, this unit changed its name and significance, and finally, in 1986 the Cavalry Brigade “Castillejos II,” was created. It has been integrated in the FMA since 1997.

The actual Cavalry Brigade comprises of a HQ Battalion, four Calvary Regiments: “Pavia” num. 4, “España” num. 11, and “Numancia” num. 9, Artillery Regiment num. 20, Engineers Unit num. 22, Logistic Battalion XII.

Mighty curious how good this tank is compares to others.
Command is about authority, about appointment to a position. Effective leadership is different. It must be learned and practiced in order for it to rise to the level of art. You must love those you lead before you can be an effective leader. You can certainly command without that sense of commitment but you cannot lead without it; and without leadership, command is a hollow experience. .. a vacuum often filled with mistrust and ignorance.
