SO, their presence and that of PS38 there in Boracay was now justified. Being part of Task Forrce Stingray it should be at Mindanao.

Nice photos though, but is crowd control not part of the training for the local law enforcers at least?

How about the use of the Zodiac full of civilians with the "Just Married" sign? Part of a HRT scenario?

This is indeed a great way to attract more beachgoers to Boracay! :thumb: :thumb:

Hehe! Reminds me of the story of one of my fellow OFW in KSA. A certain camp for expatriates is being guarded by the local police. No Saudis allowed. Instead of them watching the outside perimeter, their binoculars are trained inside, looking at the nude sunbathers.

Anyone able to identify the scope?
Command is about authority, about appointment to a position. Effective leadership is different. It must be learned and practiced in order for it to rise to the level of art. You must love those you lead before you can be an effective leader. You can certainly command without that sense of commitment but you cannot lead without it; and without leadership, command is a hollow experience. .. a vacuum often filled with mistrust and ignorance.
