But what if mr. everyday just wants to don a replica uniform for a photo project without any intent of malice or harm? Hindi ba talaga pwede? Members of the AFP are also tax payers (mostly minuscule income tax) but its a fact that the tax contributions of the entire AFP are still not enough to cover the expenses of the AFP - we in the private sector still overwhelmingly contributes to the defense budget. |

in behalf of cavaliers, excadets, and cadets..it is not right to let someone use and wear the uniform of the PMA cadets if you are not AUTHORIZE to wear it...Even dress caps can only be worn by a civilian if and only if for his/her OAO..ofcourse she/he cannot return it without a kiss.. ...even civilians who will step on the grass of borromeo field is not allowed either without any authority.
