Do the Chinese import pinoy made products? How many chicom products are imported to the Philippines? We should start this impending conflict by banning the importation of Chinese made goods. This could include Taiwan if they don't recognize our ownership over these territories. We should also consider changing our recognition of Greater China from the PRC to the ROC. That should bloody their nose!!! |

A suitable military strategy is enhancing US presence in the Philippines. The US Air Force should be allowed to regain Clark facility. Second is to speed up the modernization and allocate more funds for it. We should also consider a missile defense system to compensate for the numbers. Land-based, sea-based and airborne. Let's face them head on when they try to penetrate our airspace. We can also make the US Navy and Air Force conduct patrol over the South China Sea to protect the sea lanes and the air traffic. There was this issue that these chinese idiots in the chinese military academy is itching to go to war to steal those islands. We are twice as itching to shoot these greedy breed. ![]() Remember that the Philippine's core interest is protecting its sovereignty. The Kalayaan Group of Islands belongs to us. We must protect it at all cost. IT IS OUR CORE RESPONSIBILITY TO PROTECT THE K.I.G. |

I think we should also enhance our relations with countries like India, who also have border disputes with the PRC. Also Japan, and our own ASEAN neighbors, especially Vietnam. If possible, maybe we could negotiate a mutual-defense treaty of sorts. We must do everything possible to isolate the PRC in the international scene. |

We will need to ensure the americans bring in the Patriot missile systems to defend against the CSS missiles for us and them. Based on the available numbers of CSS able to target us the americanos would not need to bring too many. |

China insists on bilateral solutions to Spratlys dispute 07/14/2011 | 10:22 PM China has insisted that the South China Sea territorial dispute must be dealt with bilaterally amid the push for multilateral solutions by Southeast Asian officials who will convene in a regional forum this weekend. The Chinese government’s position on the South China Sea “is clear and consistent," said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hong Lei. “China always upholds that the South China Sea dispute should be resolved in accordance with universally recognized international law through direct negotiation between directly concerned parties," said Hong in a press briefing transcript posted at the Chinese Foreign Ministry website. Hong made this statement in reaction to the Philippines’ proposal to bring the dispute before the United Nations International Tribunal on the Law of the Sea. From July 16 to 18, the 18th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Regional Forum in Bali, Indonesia, will gather foreign ministers from 27 countries led by the ASEAN as well as key regional players such as the United States, China, North Korea, and Japan. The forum aims to strengthen regional engagement “through confidence-building measures and preventive diplomacy." The officials who will meet for the forum will tackle not only the South China Sea dispute, but also regional security threats such as terrorism, piracy, human trafficking, illegal drug trafficking, disaster and maritime security, and climate-change impacts. — PE/VS, GMA News http://www.gmanews.tv/story/226315/nation/...pratlys-dispute THE PHILIPPINES MUST NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS DECEITFUL GOVERNMENT. The bilateral negotiation will only end up with one thing. China will bully us into giving in to its position. Let's counter China's bullying tactics and double-talk with involving bigger groups and more participants. The best option is the international court. As per Sun Moon Mars Tzu, ...
