Oh yes absolutely, another diplomatic protest will surely work... :headbang:

Even if the UN rules in our favor do you honestly believe the Chicom leeches will abide by it???

They have already violated other treaties with their SEA neighbors numerous times.

Wake up and smell the napalm. These gutter scum are positioning themselves in a way to make it look as if they have maintained control over this entire region since time began.

Get the emergency manned ISR assets on station, board the Fking boats now and start arresting people and showing the abuse of the ecology. I am not saying attack but I am saying exercise our sovereign right of POLICING our territory. If they attack us in the process we will have what we need to garner serious global attention and the US hawks will have the excuse they need.

If they approach our territorial waters, the PCG should intercept them (also filming the whole procedure would be smart so we have evidence in case the ChiComs do something brilliant) and force them to turn back or to board and confiscate the vessels.

I say NO!!! Our PCG/PN should move forward further and farther than it's current location. This is to ensure that no other Chi ships will intrude. If they do so, Chi's should be strictly challenged and apprehended! What's the use of the G.O's 1-3 and 11 if it will not be performed? Resisting arrest by perpetrators + obstruction by uninvolved ships can be made as supplements.

Philex eyes Chinese partner in Recto Bank

MANILA, Philippines - The group of businessman Manuel Pangilinan is negotiating with one of China’s biggest firms for possible oil and gas exploration in Recto Bank, which is near the disputed Spratly Islands.

Highly placed sources said Pangilinan flew to Beijing a few days ago to meet with officials of the state-owned China National Offshore Oil Corp. for a possible joint venture in Recto Bank in Western Palawan. CNOOC is China’s biggest offshore oil and gas producer.

The Pangilinan-led Philex Petroleum is also in talks with other foreign oil industry giants for the development of the resource-rich Recto Bank. Sources also said prospects for a China project are high for Philex-controlled Forum Energy Plc.

They also said possible joint ventures in mining were also discussed in the Beijing meeting.

The negotiations for a possible joint gas exploration in Recto Bank came amid a standoff at the Panatag (Scarborough) Shoal off Zambales, involving Philippines and Chinese vessels.

“We are talking about billions of dollars (of investments). You will need an international major. They have the expertise and the marketing power to place the gas,” Pangilinan, Philex chairman, earlier said. “We have talked to a number.”

Forum Energy, a United Kingdom-based oil and gas firm, is doing exploration on Recto Bank under Service Contract 72. When asked earlier if his group was willing to deal with China despite the latter’s incursion into Philippine territory, Pangilinan said: “That is a solution. I think we should be talking to Chinese companies.”

Forum Energy said it needs around $75 million to continue with its drilling in Recto Bank, which showed a potential of producing 16.6 trillion cubic feet of gas.

When it is all said and done I am willing to bet the Filipino people lose out, the rich get richer at the nations expense and the chicom pond scum use this arrangement to bolster their claims in some way shape or form.

As long as the joint-venture will be according to and under Philippine laws and policies, I'll go for it. Mabuti nang malinaw na sa ilalim ng Pilipinas ang gagawin nilang business.

Wow, I expected them to eventually go after Palawan but now this http://news.yahoo.com/china-tv-claims-phil...-063745707.html

These dirtbags have no shame....

So it was an accident...really? The responses by the Chinese citizens is very telling of their overall mindset.

If it is an accident there should be a very public apology made to our nation at the very least by that state broadcasting corporation "CEO".

Not only Phils but the whole world belong to China why don't they come and get it :headbang:.

Going by their intelligent logic China belongs to Mongolia because Genghis Khan conquered it and Tibet belongs to British India. Us belongs to britain and all the middle east and mediterranean belong to Greece. These Chicoms never fails to amuse me.
I'll take my leave and update the world map hanging in my room :lollol:
