Does anyone know if we have such a program in place? I've heard about "Adopt a PMA Cadet Program" in Baguio, but that was way back in the early 80's.They have this program here in the US where it is used as an alternative to provide an adopted home for service members (away from home) instead of being bored and foolish out of their minds while on liberty. I introduced this program to the RAO (Retired Activities Office) in Olongapo, but it is still being studied by the ones in charge of NETC in San Miguel. Any inputs please. |
