Only solution is total log ban, no exemptions. Then massive tree planting in deforested areas together with honest to goodness enforcing of the ban.

We can only allow those who are maintaining industrial tree plantations to transport logs ..THAT THEY PLANTED AND HARVESTED FROM THEIR OWN PLANTATIONS.

If it's not from an industrial tree plantation such as that of PICOP, then it should not be allowed.
