On the average, PMA produces about 85 officers for the army annually. Other sources (ROTC, OCS) produce the balance which is about 88 in 2002.

That makes it almost 50/50.

The National ROTC Alumni Association (NRAA) claims that ROTC graduates comprise 70% of the AFP officer corps

The Philippine Army Modernization and Strategic Studies Office reported that the bulk of officers that join the officer corps normally came from ROTC. However since 1995, only 30% of new officers were products of ROTC; the majority came from the Philippine Military Academy.
