The Malaysians are aware that the Phil. is arming many times in magnitude compared to its former self. That alarms them because they still have concerns on the Sabbah issue for which the Phil. is a claimant. Their answer to that is to warm up with China so that the Chinese can intervene in case the issue is pressed once more.

It is a fact that Muslims always make alliance with countries whom they perceive as dominant in their region. That is why there should be concern with other countries like Indonesia as well where they will make new alliances within one day.

The Phil. should always be ready for an invasion from their southern seas as well. It may come at the time when the north is being invaded.

I don't want people to think I am some type of doomsday prophet, but it's better to be ready than be caught off guard.

Well, they should think twice and be ready 'coz China will invade all of the islands in the West Philippine Sea, they will not allow any nation to have some of the islets there. They are a bunch of power hungry, overly arrogant, greedy bastards. Malaysia should know these things about china. Malaysia could turn out to be like Russia in WWII, avoiding conflict with the powerful Nazi Germany by cooperating with Nazi Germany by invading Poland in the East while Nazi Germany invades in the West. In the end, Russia was double crossed and was invaded by Germany.

Well, Malaysia also helping Iran evade US sanctions by being the conduit of their oil exports. I'm sure the US is watching and figuring out how to deal with them. If Romney wins, these things will stop. Israel is so anxious to get the US election over so that they can bomb Iran to oblivion.

At least the US can see clearly now who are the allies to be trusted, who are to be watched carefully.

The real ones are Japan, Philippines & Australia and maybe Singapore. That's about it.

Taiwan will most likely choose to re-unify with China as well sooner or later. The only side we'll have some reprieve is on our eastern side.

PH should be preparing for the worst and should trust no one.

MALAYSIA differed with fellow Southeast Asian claimants in the South China Sea on the threat posed by China, dismissing concerns about patrols off its coast.

Malaysia is not worried about how often Chinese ships patrol the areas it claims in the waters, Defense Minister Hishammuddin Hussein said in an interview in Brunei Darussalam on Wednesday.

Chinese Navy ships in March visited James Shoal off Malaysia, near where Royal Dutch Shell Plc. and Petroliam Nasional Bhd. have oil-and-gas operations.

“Just because you have enemies, doesn’t mean your enemies are my enemies,” Hishammuddin said on the sidelines of meetings with counterparts from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) as well as the US, China and Japan.

The Chinese “can patrol every day, but if their intention is not to go to war” it is of less concern, he said. “I think we have enough level of trust that we will not be moved by day-to-day politics or emotions.”

This is not surprising news, Now, Malaysia should not intervene in Mindanao issue, I now sense the uprising at Borneo will be intense in the coming months.

thats not surprising, asian countries who were just passive in world war 2 can be expected to be passive as well in the next big war, thats reflective of their national character. we need to look up to countries that have similar security concerns as ours and who have more internal fortitude such as japan, australia, U.S., south korea, canada.
