A policeman who had a rift with Vice President Jejomar Binay is willing to make amends but charges will push through.

Southern Police District Deputy Director For Administration, Senior Superintendent Elmer Jamias is willing to accept an apology from Binay but will still file charges of direct assault, oral defamation, and threat.

He said no one pressured him into filing the cases.

Yet from the same report above, the benevolent VP accused of BILLIONS OF PESOS in corruption scandal, is in denial...

Despite denials from the Binay camp, Jamias says he has evidence to prove they tried to make amends for the early morning confrontation at the Makati City Hall last week.

And from previous news, and through one of his usual many foul mouth pieces:

But UNA spokesman Mon Ilagan, in an interview with Radyo Inquirer 990AM on Friday, denied that the vice president wanted to apologize to Jamias.
Ilagan quoted the vice president during a meeting saying, “Tingnan niyo ito, ginagawan pa ako ng storya ni Colonel (Sr. Supt.) Jamias.”
