Here in Canada, gay marriage has been legal for several years already.

*I will lock this thread if anyone posts any hate-filled, narrow-minded comments against LGBT people.

Does this include us territories like Guam, Marianas island and Puerto Rico? These are not considered US States

Many laws in the continental US are applicable to US territories. I'm guessing it depends on the territorial government.

Puerto Ricans, for example, I think can vote for their governor but not for the US Federal/Presidential elections, I think. I find that strange even if Puerto Ricans still have US citizenship.

Same-Sex Marriage Now Legal for Gay Military Couples in All 50 States

Jun 26, 2015 | by Bryant Jordan
The Supreme Court on Friday issued a ruling declaring the states have no legal right "to refuse to recognize a lawful same-sex marriage performed in another state on the ground of its same-sex character."
The decision is a victory for advocates of marriage equality, including an Army Reservist whose New York marriage to another man has not been recognized in Tennessee, where they live, and other states with laws stipulating that marriage may only be between one man and one woman.

The skinheads/neo-nazis' response to the recent gay marriage ruling:

White Supremacist Web Forum Suggests Burning Rainbow Flags for July 4

The Fourth of July. A time for patriotic Americans to set off fireworks, eat too many hot dogs, and … burn gay pride flags? That is, if you’re a homophobic white supremacist.

Members of Stormfront — an online white supremacist forum — this week discussed plans to burn the gay pride flag on America’s Independence Day and encouraged other forum users to do the same.

The comments came in response to an opinion piece posted on sodahead.com that first suggested using Saturday to protest the recent Supreme Court decision that struck down state bans on gay marriage.

One user, named “WhiteRights,” even encouraged his online peers to make sure they’re burning it legally.

After starting a conversation called “Burn the Gay Flag on July 4th, 2015 Nation-wide,” WhiteRights posted instructions for how to make it happen. “Sounds like fun,” he wrote. “Just make sure you’re in a place where you can legally burn it. We should do something in response to the recent Supreme Court decision on Gay marriage. Instead of buying a Gay flag, just grab an image of one off the Internet and send it to a color printer and then burn the print out.”

"Bishop" spouting nonsense.

MSantor is not a man of sound reason. Savages have always preferred the club for they know that they are powerless against the pen. But who is the greater fool - the savage or the one that gives him power? May Truth rebuke you.

"Bishop" spouting nonsense.
The Episcopalian Church (Protestant) is different from the Roman Catholic Church, so he might not be recognized as a Bishop by you, but he's still a Bishop to that congregation.

Just because another group of people's views don't agree with your own doesn't mean you have to condemn them.

To think there are narrow-minded Catholics like you simply because one or two lines from the Book of Job say so against gay/LGBT people. OPEN YOUR EYES.
