Yep, there are lots of policemen who became lawyers such as former General Alfredo Lim. Another one is a former MPD Sharpshooter who became a lawyer and Judge, Jaime "Jimmy" Santiago. They took their Law courses during their stint as policemen or law enforcers. Others joined the PNP by lateral entry. They were already lawyers when they got their commission as PNP Officers. BTW, one of our Mods was a former police officer and lawyer
