The more international exposure, the better. The Philippine controlled Islands and reefs in the Spratly Island group need massive infrastructure development. It was a great video showing the human side behind the politics. Disappointing to hear that the ship with construction/repair equipment for the BRP Sierra Madre were blocked by those Chinese vessels. However, Having seen those Chinese vessels unable to intercept the boat as they were at the other side of the shoal - was gratifying. I guess they didn't expect a vessel to come from the leeward side. Edited by Hong Nam, May 25 2014, 12:48 AM.
