China pledges to board ships in disputed seas

Quote:

Police in the southern Chinese island province of Hainan will board and search ships which enter into what China considers its territorial waters in the disputed South China Sea, state media said.

The South China Sea is Asia's biggest potential military trouble spot with several Asian countries claiming sovereignty.
From January 1, Hainan police will have the authority to board and seize control of foreign ships which "illegally enter" Chinese waters and order them to change course or stop sailing, the China Daily reported.

"Activities such as entering the island province's waters without permission, damaging coastal defence facilities and engaging in publicity that threatens national security are illegal," the English-language newspaper said.

I'm almost for sure the Americans will test this Police harassment. Kurt Campbell are you listening?

Talking about stirring the pot. These Chicoms just wont stop. They are always the ones initiating a confrontation. And then they will say for us to stop creating troubles and they want a peaceful and harmonious setting in the WPS.

What we should do when the two Maestrale comes by September are the following:

1. Send back our CGS to Bajo Masinloc.
2. Stamp disclamers on every Chinese passport refuting their claims and marking them as null and void when they enter PH.
3. Cement the Pag-asa strip.
4. Build a pier in every 9 islets in the Spratlys.

Let us up up the ante ourselves! And let us promote peace and harmony with China! (we know all of these are BS)

Chinese police plan to search vessels in disputed areas

New rules, which come into effect on January 1, will allow Hainan police to board and seize control of foreign ships which "illegally enter" Chinese waters and order them to change course or stop sailing, the official China Daily reported. http://www.abs-cbnnews.com/global-filipino/world/11/29/12/chinese-police-plan-search-vessels-disputed-areas

They are really asking for trouble and yet they say that they are for peace??? :bs:

So HAPPY "PUTUKAN" starting 1st of January, we only have a month to prepare for a quick X-mas shopping OMG this is a "mission impossible" and what equipments can we acquire in that little time???

What kind of weapons and equipments and where can the Philippines buy and use straight away in that short of time, in case we needed to protect our troops, our Countrymen and the Country's Territorial Sovereignty????

THANKS MR. PRESIDENT, YOU REALLY ARE ONE OF A KIND WHEN IT COMES TO DEALING WITH THE CHINESE ISSUE.. ALSO FOR MODERNIZING OUR TROOPS... Now, how can they back up their (just) posturing words without actions?

"A wise leader never seeks out WAR, but he must always be READY for it."

Now, get ready for the humiliation coming from China aimed at P.Noy Govt., the Philippines and the Filipino People.

Unless kaya ni P.Noy mag organize ng "PEOPLE on PH Ships POWER" sa WPS with Nuns and Priests on board...??? :dunno:

PHL military cries foul over China's plan to board vessels in disputed seas

The military on Thursday cried foul over China’s plan to inspect ships that will enter its claimed territories in the West Philippine Sea (also South China Sea), saying it violates international laws. “That cannot be,” said Lt. Gen. Juancho Sabban, commander of the Armed Forces Western Command. “That’s a violation of the international passage.” Sabban was reacting to a report by the Chinese state media that said revised regulations allow Chinese authorities to board and search all ships that will enter its territorial waters. New rules, which come into effect on January 1, will allow Hainan police to board and seize control of foreign ships which "illegally enter" Chinese waters and order them to change course or stop sailing, the official China Daily reported.

If I were P.Noy I would start filing diplomatic protest to UN, UNCLOS and ITLOS for legal basis step to prevent, restrict or keep them at bay, the right first thing to do and then at the same time prepare for the worst case scenarios just in case they don't listen.

It's unwise to think and just talk about re; "We don't believe that China will not go to war regarding their illegal and absurd claims in WPS/ SCS," but we'd rather prepare for the "What ifs???" WHAT IF CALLS IT AND TELLS EVERYONE "LET'S GET IT ON!" Just saying ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^!
