Sama-samang tutuparin ni Corporal Castor at ilang sundalong kasama niya sa Army Literacy Patrol System na muling bigyan ng pag-asang matuto sa pagbasa at pagsulat ang mga naninirahan sa mga bulubunduking bahagi ng Calinog.
