John Aying, as the commander of the 303rd Brigade. Col. Moro Virgilio Lazo addresses his men after formally assuming the position at Camp Bagong Diwa in Taguig City on Wednesday, March 4. Gen. Rey Leonardo Guerrero as the new Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Chief of Staff. In a letter dated Oct. 25 addressed to Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana, Duterte designated Guerrero as the new military chief in place of outgoing Chief of Staff Eduardo A�o. Guerrero, a member of the Philippine Military Academy Class of 1984, will hold the position for only around 2 months as he is set to retire in December.
