Great importance to freedom daw ang pagboboard ng vessel sa WPS?! Hahahah great importance my ass beijing! Lagyan ng marines ang kada barko ng Pinas at iescort sila para matakot mga chekwa hehehe |
If you don't want a modern and capable AFP, you might want to get the f*ck off the Philippines because you don't deserve to be a Filipino that's why!

Cong. Biazon urges multilateral approach to China’s latest move in sea dispute By Christian V. Esguerra Philippine Daily Inquirer 6:08 pm | Friday, November 30th, 2012 MANILA, Philippines–China’s announcement that it would expel all foreign ships entering disputed areas in the South China Sea, including parts known as the West Philippine Sea, gives the Philippines more reason to seek a multilateral approach to resolve the problem, former Armed Forces Chief of Staff Gen. Rodolfo Biazon said on Friday. Biazon, now chairman of the House committee on national defense, said China’s move was bound to affect the national interest of countries such as the United States and those in Europe, which all use the disputed waters for trade and commerce. He urged President Benigno Aquino to convene the National Security Council “so we will have a uniform voice” on the issue. more |

Aquino: China's plan defies int’l law BY AYEE MACARAIG POSTED ON 11/30/2012 4:04 PM | UPDATED 11/30/2012 5:14 PM MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) – President Benigno Aquino III said China’s plan to board and expel ships “illegally entering” disputed waters violates freedom of navigation. Aquino said he ordered Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert del Rosario to ask for details about the report and prepare “appropriate responses.” The President said, "It seems it will be very hard to implement that because there is a particular provision in the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea about Freedom of Navigation." “Publicly, China said several times that it will not hinder freedom of navigation. Now, we can see on the surface that this (plan) seems to be contrary to their off stated public statements,” Aquino said in Filipino during an interview in Cebu on Friday, November 30. more |

Will this be enough for the DND / AFP to finally stop "dragging their heels" and start the modernization? If it isn't then I don't know what would. Edited by Hong Nam, Nov 30 2012, 11:50 PM.

I believe it is because of this that we scrambled for funding for the PCG. limited only to 50m vessels, we really cant impose our will in scarborough. |

This is the President's fault for being too soft as a leader especially when it comes to our Foreign Policy.. sad to say but it's true. If only they didn't back down (PF-15) or were ordered to pull out by you know who "at tinuluyan iyang mga intsekto na iyan at nakita nila na hindi tayo takot sa kanila kahit gaano sila kalaki at kalakas sa armas, eh wala sanang ganito!" Wala talaga silang balls! Simple example regarding "no balls", DFA still accepting Chinese Nationals using e-passports entering PH, INSTEAD THEY WILL ISSUE A SEPARATE VISA FORM WHERE THEY WILL STAMP THE PH VISA???? HELLLO SO WHAT TRAVEL DOCUMENTS DID THE CHINESE NATIONALS USED TO ENTER PH? Technically, this is the same how st_pid...I AGREE WITH SEN. MIRIAM'S PROPOSALS NO ENTRY FOR CH Nationals using e-passports with nine dash imprints and send them A to A, If they want to enter PH, not with these passports with imprints of disputed territories. Sorry for the rant but this is really frustrating |

I agree w/ you, AVB. It has been opened for a longtime and during meetings, these have been discussed to higher personalities that Chi's have been "intentionally" deceiving PH and the world through sweet hidden falsehoods. They've been told an eye-opening situations but they neglect to open their eyes and believe in the Chi's sweet lullabies. They've denied these facts that have been previously presented. Now, they've also fooled the nation by showing their beliefs to these deceit. While diplomacy remains a possibility, they should also consider new factors and strategies. The islands are property of PH sovereignty, it is protected by our constitution! Not submission to PH constitution but adhering to the beliefs of China is treason. We shall now declare WPS as an invasion to PH. We shall use the MDT to help establish protection of WPS while we speed up acquisition and lease of our own equipments. |

Stamp a disclaimer on every page when they come in "refuting and invalidating any claims in the disputed West Philippine Sea". I guarantee you they'll have to get another one when they get back to China because all their pages are stamped. This will enrage their population against their government to change their system. If they refuse to have their passports stamped, no entry. Send them back! We follow a diplomatic procedure but we are not going to be coyed by this st*pid trick of validating their claims. I FULLY AGREE WITH YOU Z! And yes, maybe we can drag the US into this by imposing our MDT for they can't deny the fact that during when they had their US Bases in PH, CLEARLY, SCARBOROUGH SHOAL "PANATAG SHOAL" "Bajo de Masinloc" IS DEFINITELY PART OF PH TERRITORIES WHERE THEY HELD REGULAR USN TRAININGS AND WATERS AROUND THE AREA WERE PROTECTED BY THEM EVEN W/ SONOBUOYS, A FACT THEY CAN'T AND WON'T DENY. On my previous posts, I've suggested that the best thing to do before doing anything else (bold move), is for us to file official protest to UN/ UNCLOS, ITLOS against China NOW and if anything happens after, we've taken legal steps, diplomacy first and all. WE ARE ON THE DEFENSIVE SIDE JUST TRYING TO PROTECT OUR COUNTRY'S TERRITORIES AND SOVEREIGNTY! Yes, STANDING OUR GROUND IS THE ANSWER AND TREATING THIS AS AN INVASION IN WPS of PH TERRITORIES IS RIGHT.
