Col. Arnulfo Marcelo Burgos, spokesperson of the military, said the troops whom he declined to identify pending confirmation tests on the urine samples (taken from the three servicemen) by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), are all active members of the Standing-Joint Task Force of the National Capital Region (SJTFNCR). “As of yesterday afternoon, out of the 202 SJTF-NCR who underwent the surprise mandatory drug tests, three were found positive for illegal drugs,” Burgos said. |
