Moses: 1446 BC

Over 3,300 years ago, Moses stood atop Mount Sinai and received two Tablets inscribed with Ten Commandments. In truth, the story of Moses and the Ten Commandments is a code that has nothing to do with the literal meaning of the Biblical verse.

Perhaps the most common misconception is the concept of Ten Commandments! God does not command. And God does not dictate. Nor does God punish and reward. (If one sticks their finger into a wall socket and electrocutes oneself, it's illogical to say that electricity punished the person.)

The term Ten Commandments is a code for the Ten Sfirot (more on this later) and the spiritual energy that dwells in the 99 percent reality. This will be explained later.

Moses encoded this Kabbalistic wisdom in the concealed language of metaphor and parable, writing it down in what became know as The Five Books of Moses, or the Bible. The true secrets, however, were hidden, and only passed onward by word of mouth to a few worthy descendants in each succeeding generation.
