ok here goes i would like to change the way the {MC} works well actually the way it is formed up . The bounty hunter ID doesnt work for us .... it never has really as we all know the {MC} guys are from all over sirius .. it has been this way since there creation ... luap and my self only went with the bounty hunter id because we didnt really know the discovery mod that well ... well know i know the mod very well having played on other servers for the last 6 months ... and i have discovered ( pardon the pun ) that on all these servers the rules are all differant but the one main constant is the IDS hehe this has lead me to re think how i can work the {MC} better ..... on the last server i was on i discovered that the rules on the disco server allow you to make official factions and rules for that faction .. im not sure about here ... but as the cursed earth was the original birth place of the {MC} all those years ago ... i would like to return the {MC} back to its right full state of independent guys from different places. flying different ships under one tag {MC} and one ID {MC} . the proposed rules for this {MC} the faction will be small .. i think max number will be 10 but that will take a long time .. being a member of another faction is acceptable .. mainly due to the low server numbers .. the {MC} faction will not have a home .. as the {MC} pilots come from all over ... for example (my main choice for parking my stuff will be the texas system for now as the tangled web of stories places me there for the time being . {MC} ranks {MC} Leadership ...Robbers Dog .. ( any of my chars tagged {MC}.. ) {MC} 2nds ..The Spiv . {MC} 2nds The Mech . {MC} The final few ranks explained {MC} 2nds . The Spiv ::: Resources officer ,in charge of getting things no one else can get .. and jobs / hits .. i.e handing them out to the final few {MC} 2nds The Mech . ::: up keep of all ships .. and all aspects of pilot training . plus sourcing intel on movements of interst to the {MC} can also hand out jobs / hits to the final few . {MC} the final few ... the pilots . the {MC} all have a certain amount of say in what we do and how we do it .. but the final word if needed will be Robbers Dog's .. {MC} id rules. {MC} pilots are mercs and must behave so. thus Attacking players that do not have a bounty or contract on them is not allowed unless provoked. {MC} zone of interest/ influence every where except Bastille (although we do have a few inside people there, just in-case) {MC} must abide by house police rules .. i.e if asked to leave a system they must leave or give reason for being there ..pursuit of a target for example {MC} are not smugglers .. {MC} can be hired by any one. except house police ... mainly because we don't trust house police due the corruption. independent contracts from officers may be considered General {MC} rules for pilots Each pilot has his or her own back ground, and with that comes hes own ship lists. (the lists for ships are from the official discovery lists. if you wish to change or tweak them you must get admin approval.. and approval from me) Each player can not have a ship bigger than a gunboat. the player can have as many other ships in his faction list as he wishes.but not capitol ships (this is to avoid a server dominated by capitol ships) and as mercs we are not a navy .. All {MC} player ships for that player must be listed for public view and under our roster.( Name of player /Type / and ship i.e Titan ).. except his non {MC} ships. The only locations / races that will not be accepted to the {MC} are nomads or any of the Da'am Kavosh races Also if a gallia pilot wishes to join they will need to work harder than most to prove your worth. ( would be worth a try as the gallia ships are darn nice). You may have a trader or miner not tagged {MC} to help with your cash flow . The pilot or pilots who do a job/hit will get the money.( post on forum and tell me or the Spiv / The Mech .. {MC} will help new members to get up and running but we are not a endless money pit . any funds given to a pilot for {MC} characters must be used on {MC} characters .. not untagged characters .. {MC} will not pledge to another faction ( players faction i mean ) ..our only pledge is cold hard cash and when the cash stops from who ever is paying so do we.. Also {MC} pilots must do there best to Role play .. even if it is only a little bit as long as it is your best go it will all help .. {MC} pilots must follow the {MC} I.D Rules above and all server rules .. and try to keep it fun for others involved in your actions you may join other factions to make the general fun of the server better for all ... but not to under mine them..for now as server numbers are low the main change is that we can fly stuff from our chosen role play home .. or place where we got most experience for me it would be the order faction as a base ship choice ans civilian .. i have posted on the post about ids and ships as well a rough version of this .. i had no clue where else to post this if you have any questions please post below . if you have any suggestions please post below . and if the admin like this please can you tel me thanks guys . zag and dredd tolje please let me know what ya think ... a order restart would make life a bit easyer as well hehe |
