Get fucking real here, if I seen you cursing out a member I would have demoted you and kbed you on the spot maybe even suspended you. You were picked to be officials for a reason and the reason was most likedly because you WERE mature and most likely were intelligent. Dealing with situations is another thing that is a persistent problem in this clan. You guys get fustrated and don't even solve the member's problem so what are you good for? Absolutely nothing. If people keep arguing just private message them and tell them to stop and be the mature person. No further action is needed unless the keep proceeding with the fighting. You suppose to be solving problems not help causing them. Your suppose to be a a mentor to these people and lead by example. If you keep cursing, writing in an informal manner, and keep things welcoming. I'm not going to tolerate very immature officials nor will Rage most likely. "Take your medicine" and move on.
