Dragon Posts: 2,899 Group: Old School Member Member #301 Joined: May 13, 2006	It's almost 2 years, this clan has lost purpose and reason, it's lost all that was communicative and family like. What i'm set to do now is to restore that, to restore that new found appreciation for those around you, to restore that overall satisfaction when you come on here, that your satisfied enough to log out of the chat, to leave a pk trip when u have to go, with a good warm feeling We've gained power, we've used power and broken limits, yet have lost most of our friends and we have merely become associates I think i know what I have to do in order to fix that, I know how to speak to the members again, I will speak with actions as I lead this clan and perform more consistently in a way that allows that influence to have a positive effect through all members What we lost was the lack of a base, the lack of making people important around you, a clan's nationalism Some of you here are growing too old for rs and the clan, sometime you'll be replaced, so for now i'll see to recreate the way this clan interacts What we only have to do is do something, to be more consistent, to set up a basic routine of things for now that allows people to have a chance to show they're worth as a member here What im basically telling evyerone is that im ready to lead again, and I know my methods, it's just back to basics, we have to treat ourselves what we really are, a low numbered pure clan that's lost it's glory and creating a new purpose from that and making another cinderalla story outta it It's my time again, and so is this clan's, we have to realize the situation instead of making things up about it, no matter how good or bad we say this clan is, it's not impacting the people joining it I've got my real plan set this time, it's back to the way i lead and that was with authority
	In the dark deep we live, in the light of honor we die
