Ok heres what we can do for now, we have to be more consistent in pking, once a week won't cut it, heres my weekly planner: #1 - Monday- Nothing, chill - Tuesday- 6PM F2P Trip - Wednsday- nothing - Thursday- Castle wars trip/other fun event here - Friday- 6PM F2p trip - Saturday- F2p trip standard time - Sunday- F2p trip standard time /misc event Reminders of the trips, will be posted and sign up lists will be made, this will keep most people on thier feet and more involved with the clan and the good chance of having succesful trips #2 Also a new clan Rank: Intelligence officer/or a less nerdy name like Clan scout - Basically our biggest problem and set back has been the lack of action, not only will these guys be the physical scouters of worlds, they will have tracks like aao, cy, trilogy, etc. as in people added or even have a spy account in thier boards People who can do this: - Bud - Blazen - Pyr0=kinda immature sometimes but i think he can be involved since he always blurts out worlds on other clans... I will personally cordinate them, them giving me all info, then if it's good enough ill pass it on to the leader of the trip #3 Wars Basically, ill see if we can find some wars against main clans, it's gonna be a complicated measure to perform since things havent been solid, but it just concretes what this clan has wanted for a long time and thats action that most likely will be positive.. |

I think the Thursday events should be moved onto Sundays, because its actually quite hard to come up with two fun events in a week... I mean if you want to be creative and not do the same event twice in a month. If we'd do two a week, we'd need about 8 a month. I can only think of these: 1)iron war 2)kbd 3)kq 4)maul war 5)interclan war 6)cw 7)woodcutting trip (joking) Other then that, seems good. And I like Pyr0 better then all of them. He started doing it before we even asked him too... imagine if it was his job O.O |

weekday events, besides fridays would not have much attendance. But other than that it seems like good ideas. Also, I agree with bl o0d about blazen, his involement has been very strong

Somehow I missed the part about the new position. Anway, I have to disagree about giving someone else a permission. I think we have enough people that have power as it is, and I think we should only increase the number of people with power when the number of members we have increase. I mean, come one, we have like 10 officials and only 50 members. I think we should work with the people we have now, yes Blazen is mature, he is sometimes smart but I don't think anyone should be promoted atm. Pyr0 has a lot of information on clans, it's just that the clans we try to track, other larger clans track them also.] I think we should look for a war with a main clan for some practice, asured action, and just plain practice. Who knows, maybe it will get people more active and maybe bring in more members. |

Yeah, no weekdays pking trips make them Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Then we can work on gaining members. |
