I'm going to start this topic off by telling you guys how I plan to lead this clan and how I would like things to be going around here. About Myself. I'm not a very strict leader but I'm not very lenient either. I like to be competitive, I like to win, and I like to improve. I do get my self more motivated for things by reading criticism and making it my goal to prove all negative criticism wrong. What I expect. Okay I expect mature officials if anything. That means no arguments, no cursing, no "yelling", no power abuse, and other crap that's immature. I expect at least three of the six moderators to step up and become a great influence to the clan. If I see an official doing something I disapprove of or dislike, I will tell you about it. It's up to you to take my warnings. If you have a problem with another member I will expect you to post the problem in the "member status" forum and come to me about it. If I think your in the wrong then I won't do anything about the situation. I notice a lack of organisation and it's disappointing. So I'm going to make it my personal goal to help make CP be a dominate force in the f2p wilderness. We have a great reputation of having great organisation and I love that reputation. I want to get it back. I hate all other clans and I want to defeat other clans. I want to get us back to winning because I can't stand losing. Losing is only important if you learn from it and we have not been learning from our losses so let's get back to winning. I like having hyped pk trips, it motivates me to do better when I see CP having spam towers of "cp ftw." I love it . I want to get the hype back into this clan seeing as it was killed about 4 months ago when someone kept making cp stay quiet forever. I don't want CP to be quiet, I want CP to be loud and heard throughout the wilderness and "Pure Community." I want major spam towers and outstanding organisation. Main priority is getting our organisation back. We have decent numbers and are pulling 90 opts to pk trips which we can work with. We need organisation right now and we should make it our main priority to get it back.
