$ CA CHING $ Posts: 2,814 Group: Old School Member Member #302 Joined: May 13, 2006	Ok well I'm back in school and I'm sure some others are too. I believe it's time to get back to the old school schedule. This is basically what we did every week during school and it seemed to be very successful. I designed this breakdown of events so that everyone gets what they like whether if it's p2p, f2p, or interclan events. This will also give other officials chances to lead and what not. Friday P2P trip, the time will be in late afternoon for easterns but I would appreciate someone who has experience leading p2p to make a p2p event happen every Friday. This is usually where Drunk comes in at but if he is not available I will expect someone to step up. Saturday The official f2p pk trip. Also wars will be held on Saturdays. Leaders will be leading this event unless they are unavailable. Sunday Sunday is time for the other officials to shine. Sunday is/should be used for a fun event led by another official. To stop confusion, if you have an event in made you want to hold, speak to me or post on council boards first so another official won't plan anything on the date of your event. Will stop confusion. Remember, this day is for fun events like interclan wars and what not. In Other News Recruiting- Ok recruiting has slowed down again. Our problem isn't the requirements, it's the recruiting effort. I havn't been recruiting and I'm sure many of you havn't either. Believe it's time to stress recruiting and beging working on our numbers. Numbers will only help us get more opts and get better in the future. What you guys are to focus on- Ok right now, we need people to be notified of events. We need everyone to sign up. Opts on events will only give us more recognition, confidence, and morale. Confidence is an issue that we can fix by making smart moves. We need to scout and we need to enforce pking organisation more strictly by warning people about chasing and what not. I don't w ant a dictatorship but I don't want to be too conservative and nice either. We still have things to work on that will make us better. We have a different group of members then we have had when we were great, 30 members quit us since we were great so that means we have new people. We need to really work on the clan in pking organisation, warring organisation is ok. Forums- M4n is our forums guy, if you have any issues with forums contact him or if you have any ideas. Use his smartness and special ability to the max ~If I need to mention anything else pm me on IRC or if anything seems unclear to you.

As for Saturdays, thats our main event, we need to spam the chats with the link and make sure everybody gets it. Sunday, if i miss church again, ill be happy to help in keeping things organizaed but most of the time ill miss sunday events. As for recruiting, I think i have 2 recruits in line, usualy i recruit at world 3 edge , theres other places to recruit in p2p such as experiements. What Im proposing is maybe looking to lure some tf members into cp, tf isnt doing too well, neither is ee or dh...start going friendly with their members. Post more on pure comm, we need our name out there and as myself and wil have said, our reqs is not the prob of our low app count, its the fact we arent well known in the public. We hope to change that DRAMATICALLY.
