Alright, its about to be school, 1 day left, i got a plan in my head that should work out in a long term way, yea yeah you'll have disagreements and bascailly brush my ideas off But let me tell you this, i'm ready more than ever to lead Cp again, the way i lead all of you before when you were just members, my humbleness, and my ability to set the atmosphere once i enter the chat or come into a pk trip will be alive again Sure, ill make some mistakes, and i might be a little rusty, but im ready to tell you what my strategy is: Part 1: Lowering Requirements, to 82+ Statistic Part 2: Start a recruitment drive, however, i will endorse such in a japb-punch motion, doing little things that'll help us gain members, I know my ways and i will tell you later how to do it Part 3: Set in stone a schedule for events, and have some unofficial events to promote small time community(Which is why im making a lower lvled pure as we speak) Part 4: Finalize and stabilize the "clan base" we have, this may all take place in a month or 2 from the 1st part, so like i said, im going to take things slow, know my options and take small time risks As time goes on, i will tell you guys to promote pk trips, clan announcements etc in some small significant ways We will also enforce courage and resiliency as a whole official team, i will tell you guys how to represent yourselves, and how you should do it, so its going to be a no brainer for me to set u straight if i got to And remember, dont change on me

now with a new perspective i dont think reqs at 82 will be much difference to the clan's levels, i think there is much more to gain then to lose with this decision, we just have to trust in rage

For now we have to lower reqs, serisouly, just look at the apps section, only guys who used to be in cp have applied.. Our fa's will become cp members, and most of them are pretty productive, so think about it, the lower lvls who grow up with cp, will eventually be something Pures these days grow on foe, mm and other sad bullshit, but if we let some lower lvl guys, be with us, and see how really good we are as a clan, it will work out, just like all of you were before and they will really be apart of the clan Theres 2 sides to it, the physical adaption, and the emotional structure of a clan, neither of that is positve right now, because were all veterans, milking out the last of what fun rs is Its time to create new seeds of the future |

I'm not agreeing with the reqs lower... I mean, whats the fa's reqs gonna be? 78 or somewhere around there? too low if u ask me. |

Maybe it's just me but i have been seeing lvls 50-60 more often, so that might be a problem and other than that we might need a war sooner or later and my brother told me that pn might close down due to the fact that his leader is inactive so how bout we cap-war them and then when they die they will come to us other than EOP, FOE, FI. so yeah that's a good idea to gain members. |

RAGE, you dont understand, our reqs isnt the reaosn why people arent replkying. We need to get our name mor ein the public. Just because w elower our reqs by 2 lvls wont make out app section booming, we need to start recruiting crazy and advertise more at pure community. If you think that the 2 stat difference was the cause for our lack of apps, then could you explain why we dont have any FA's either? people apply for FA when they dont meet CP reqs....so ur theory doesnt work out rage. |

The people that are lower levels (the new CP if this req lowerment goes down) dont know how to pk, most are stupid, the lvl 60s arent used to being in a clan so they'll be lost in everything, and they'll think we arent serious about the tele rule. one person =/= clan, even if 1 person teles, boot em its that easy. who the fuck cares about what other clans say , its their own fuckin opinions dont cry about it. seriously who gives a shit, its our clan and our problem not theirs. were trying to rebuild a base since its torn up imo. Focus on Numbers and Community before aiming for number one |

Base isn't torn up, it's actually good right now. Same people attend to events which those same people equal our base. Also one person can affect the clan more then you think. If we keep getting people who teleport in this clan, it shreds our reputation. Pure clans live and thrive on reputation at the moment so yea, reputation is best thing you can have for a pure clan. As I'm sure m4n has already stated, lowering requirements won't do anything for this clan except make us weaker. Ok we lower requirements, now what? You expect million of applications to come flying in? Um no, it's not going to happen. We're not a publicity clan so how can you expect us to gain members. We're not a clan where we can wait for members to come, we actually have to go get the members. Ok at this very state, we have good stats on the memberlist, excellent warring organisation (pking organisation sucks tbh), and we lack numbers. Ok so we lower requirements that means we lose our statistics. You can't expect to sacrifice one thing for the other and expect to become a dominant force. When you lower requirements, your making the clan go BACKWARDS. We need to grow and adapt, it's simple as that. Growing, does not include lowering requirements, if anything it means to raise requirements. If you want this clan to have members, we need to recruit simple as that. Only a few people in this clan recruit and I'm safe to say I'm not one of them and I'm positive majority of the officials don't recruit except maybe two. Our base is already good, only thing we need to do to it is expand it. We been booting inactives, and we need to promote events now. I suggest Friday for p2p, Saturday for f2p pk trip, and Sunday for fun event. That's how I did it and it worked. Slow? Who the hell wants to be in a clan that is slow. Seriously no one wants things to be slow. I'm sure I speak for the clan when I say we want to grasp some opportunities NOW not later. At least five important opportunities have passed us over the summer which I believe ruined us. Rage your a leader, I'm sure you know what I mean when I say opportunities is one of the most important things you can have for a clan. Can't sit in IRC talking and having conversations while letting things that could give us a major jump start pass us. Just not a good idea to take things slow at the moment. Also I suggest being more strict on pk trips. I'm getting really tired of the clan chasing and I'm sure other people are too. I think you should actually start suspending/booting people who chase. It's obvious when people chase it fucks the clan up for obvious reasons and makes us lose. And who wants to lose when you could have easly won? No one does. Ten CP chases some fag in rune, that is 30 opts less for the clan that didn't chase and actually did what they are suppose to do. Now a clan charges in and whipes the people who did what they are suppose to do out. Chasing makes us lose and isn't fair to other members. |
