Ok, look here some things we gotta ask each other and ourselves.. 1. What style, of application and leadership do you think we have to impose here..? Like seriously, there's alot of methods, to making a stable, base group of members, it's difficult for me to do it alone, connecting with people, yet having this other quiet, random weird side that makes all things slow and boring.. 2. Timing on events, do you have a an idea? Of what type of event the clan is ready for, that'll improve the clan's feel and activity? Do you know how to time it perfectly, so it becomes all rhythm and movement like? I prsonally do, im starting to learn how to time things, and use gut feelings when a day will be succesful, like example, today, no1 was on, yet if i had planned a pk trip today, it would have gone bad.. 3. Ok, we got like, 7 officals here, tbh, we only have 3 1/2..So list your opinions on: Me: Ive got that gay type of social attitude atm, idk why its fucking happening, but ill calm down and ill be more prepared and mind set for leading when school comes.. Wil: I think your management skills are superior, but when it gets down, to the lvl of representing yourself and communicating with some clan members or just people, your abilities there are very weak and just not as involved into whats important and that's how members are doing, if they got hacked, if they have a problem, etc. Youve also gotta listen to the members and take thier word for things, and be more open minded about my suggestions, I know ive ignored you in the past, but its just a shift in the str of order, right now you got it over me, and you gotta use it more often because im not considered the "main" leader for much longer Drunkin: Your just there, haven't seen too much of you however haven't jeopardized us like in the past.. 13100d: Great guy, good attitude, but just not the type of guy who is able to manage people and things, however, that type of skill isnt needed because we aren't in constant crisis, like members quitting, people flaming eachother etc etc Brandon: Smart in thinking, but not smart in actions, seirsouly, get a pure, and stick to it, quit making up these small incidents or like spontanously make a problem for me to handle between u and ibug..i understand you have a life, but when your on rs, its just not the greatest of help Zack: Yeah i understand your not on rs, timezones are kinda keeping us apart, and most people, personally i think your the most normal person besides some old past instances which occured Blood wolf: Can really work great when were not in a big huge slump, i know your on vacation and that it didnt work out well with you and me and the clan itself during the summer... Ibugppl: Ok, you do what your told, which is great, but still, same like m4n, u gotta quit making these small things up thatll make ppl pissed off..sometimes u just gotta keep calm about other clans, and just worry about pepping ppl up for something, and just calm down sometimes.. 4. Finally, weve all had our rs dreams, dont lie to me on that, but whats yours? Mines was to finally do something amazing, stand up to a dying clan, and just become somebody that hundreds of people past ago come to me, and ive made that a realization, but im out for another dream, it wont happen right away, but it's having this all time great unit of friends and just be an immature 15 year old again... |

For app's i would like to see an rank just for people who apply. they should have to come to our big f2p trip (friday or saturday) before there accepted, as for leadership. i think that sir and rage should pay attention to things that we have to say. and make the members feel comefortable to confront us with problems or things they wanted changed 2. Cwars events are very fun since its p2p combat with no risk of losing stuff and also fun to make mains cry. maby some non combat wilderness activitys. some games like hide and seek with prizes for the winner. |
