This application will help us determine what area you will need to work on and it will help us help you get better on that weak skill. It is important to use proper grammar on this application and answer the questions to the best of your abilities. These questions are not to be answered with one word. When you are done with this application, send it back to an official on forums and notify us as soon as we are on. This application is between you and the officials, no one outside the officiating staff should know about this application. You will know if you are accepted/declined after the current officiating staff is done evaluating it.
