Dragon Posts: 2,899 Group: Old School Member Member #301 Joined: May 13, 2006	Ok, look, this is trying to motivate you guys into doing something good and making things right Me and Sir made you guys, because of what we saw before you were made an official We just have to stop being the self righteous guy, and actually analyze everything in your view, you made a commitment here, and you stepped up to the level of acceptance of being a council/mod or whatever Most of u lost that pep, of being charismatic and being friendly with ppl Being assertive, confronting people about problems, i will name those problems u have to confront ppl on: - Arguments between members: You have to simply take care of thier problem in a mature and good way, i just cant clean up anymore cause it gets me tired - Being able to be social, and not be this great "official" that shouldn't be disrespected , u gotta be there, and u gotta be with your members, not on your members you know what im going to conclude to, is that all you guys are just scared, and are scared to make something happen, proove me wrong, show me that you arent a coward, or some lazy guy waiting to be fired I respect that some of you have lives and everthing, but when your on rs, do something, say watsup man, greet ppl in the chat, try and hav a nice conversation, be someone they can come to I admit i dont read everything there is to know, because frankly, i already know it more than the poster himself, ive learned all that i need to know, and i continue learning it alone, idk about u guys, but u gotta learn by reading, some of u just arent how i am and dont think they can learn alone Me and Sir got parallels, hes the guy who wants us to be powerful, the guy whos willing to do alot to make 1 thing happen, but thers a different balance here that keeps it together Im the social heart of this clan, im not 100% interested in the clan's physicality, i couldnt give a shit what clans are stronger than us, I just want to make people feel good, so that we become good and stay good Im the artist here, sir's the scientist.. He led like 5-6 minis in that one week remember, which we won 5 of them and lost the last one to EOp, which i h eard u got really mad @ and yelled @ him. Then He hacked 1300d, then he himself pretended to get hacked to quit cp.

I dont care, i pretty much exposed the inevitable, you guys are just moving around this topic arent u guys, you guys dont care to read the topic? Or do anything of it? Stop making excuses for the past and pointing out mistakes that every1 has had a part of here. Quit going off topic, do what im pleading everyone here to do, which is the easiest thing possible, is it so hard to make friends here? Cause thats just not being the case anymore Im not capable of being every1's friend and every1's confession booth or doctor or anything, im not able to do it all alone since ive got no drive to do it anymore We had few guys who left the clan who connected well with members and helped us stay the way we were before i left for half a year, if you become those people again, its just that stability that's needed from all the officials here Right now, we might only have 1 potential official, which is clearly not enough right now to make new ranked ppl

Beside, how can you blame wil for pmp? Pmp tried to leave like 4 times before, it was only a matter of time before he quit.
