Booting When you boot someone, update the fucking memberlist. I'm tired of noticing a bunch of half ass jobs. If your going to do something either do it the right and full way or don't do it at all. Team Work Seriously, none of us are even working as a team anymore. We are just doing absolutely nothing and just sitting around jacking off. I don't know about any of you, but I want to be consulted about issues on the clan. I want to know who is being booted and who is joining. I want to know reasons and I want to know opinions. I'm tired of people just doing their own thing and claiming they do everything. Noticed when we were in our "golden ages" the officials were working as a team and everyone did something. Now no one is doing anything and I do mean no one. Yes I am criticizing you if your wondering. By the way, this is why I made forums like "voting on applicants" and "suspending/booting members." Those were actually usefull forums and it helped officials know who is in clan and who is out of clan. I don't know why the forums were deleted in the first place..... Being Stupid No officials should flame other members for any particular reasons. I'm tired of members actually quitting this clan because of dumb bull shit like officials flaming people and making bunch of arguments. Your job is to prevent arguments, not start them just because people have opinions. Also don't abuse your powers, most of the time you guys KB people for no fucking reason. At least have a logical reason to KB someone and not just KB them because you can't win a debate or discussion (like I see some of you do.) You were giving these powers not to abuse but to use. Also never call someone a "50% CP member" or say that "your only job is to clean forums" or some dumb saying like that. Just watch your actions and who you make an argument towards. No More Councils Yes, I made that change for the simple fact no one here is a council. Everyone's strong point is being a mod at the moment and havn't really showed council material. This should also prevent officials thinking they are better and more powerful than other officials because guess what, no one is better. You all have equal powers and I suggest you use them now or be demoted. So if you have a problem with this decision either confront me or just know that this is what is best. Membercount 46 members, that is fucking pathetic in my eyes. No one is recruiting and none of the officials are trying to make an attempt to get people to recruit. You guys just sit around doing nothing that is helping the clan. Don't worry about other clans, worry about making this one better. I am seriously tired of losing run ins we can easly win because we lack numbers. I hate losing and I can't bare the fact of losing. I want to win or at least put up a good fight for something. To win you need people and a clan is nothing without people. Just face the fact, numbers are one of our main prioties right now. Just a little match check up, if we keep losing members without gaining members what happens? We run out of members. Then what happens? We die. Common sense, I suggest you guys use it. Also.... I'm tired of useless forums, I will be deleting the Reward Section forums by tomorrow unless it shows some good use by tomorrow. I'm really serious now and I'm tired of bull shit that isn't doing nothing to help the clan out. I will also make voting applicant and booting forums tomorrow also. To help us work together. Remember.... We need to work together as a team to be successful. Don't put blame onto anyone but ourselves. We need to make the changes and we need to do them now. I suggest you guys get back in gear like you were when we were close to being the #1 pure clan. If you don't, I hope you don't expect to be that good ever again. ~Also know that this isn't a discussion topic, it's more of a I'm sick of dumb bull shit (and I'm sure you are too) and it needs to stop now topic. No excuses. |

Good reasoning on the council thing and power abuse. BTW, if you want people to update the memberlist and other advanced options you need to give more officials admin access As for activity, advertise...advertise..advertise! and pk. we need to get out there |

adding to the teamwork part, we need to make an IRC chat for officials only, and you need to be on there as well as on CP chat. That will give us more opportunities to talk to each other privately about the clan and how to improve it. About the recruiting part, I'm trying my best at Rock Crabs to recruit other people, but its not going to well either. I might start PCing again to recruit more, since pures are there the most. |
