He most likely doesn't now how to unban and all that stuff either. He needs to be taught and he needs to not have much a temper. He seems to flame CP members that think different than him. I also believe your being really biased towards blood wolf, he led at least 4 successful p2p pk trips and he is a nice person. If blood wolf isn't going to be treated fairly then I will forever have my doubts in this leadership and officiating staff. I don't believe people should be council who doesn't know how to be a council. Seriously Rage, I already talked to you about this, it's almost impossible to be a council in pure clans. Councils are almost like leaders. Councils HELP OUT ISSUES and SOLVE ISSUES. Not start them or any of the other. Councils should also know how a clan is ran from the inside and out. Your obviously once again ignoring my thoughts and if I have to I will take action by myself without confronting you. There should be no council because to be dead honest, none of the people you mentioned or that is officials now are leader material. Councils are basically co leaders. I don't see why your not understanding that. I'm not saying we don't have good officials I'm just saying we have good mods (as in the councils being mods). In my opinion, we have no councils we just have mods. Mods help keep IRC and forums clean and help keep the clan organised. The protect our members from flames and insults when they have the power too and they almost work as the leaders right hand man (work wise). Seriously, councils are liked co leaders, they should know every thing a leader knows or maybe a LITTLE less. If you keep ignoring me when I know I'm right I will be forced to do something that I have no clue what it will be. The whole council rank should be cleared until someone acts like another leader. Rang3 should be demoted also, not that she hasn't done her job in the past but she isn't doing her job now for like two months now. Not helping at all since she lost the lust for this game and is not interested in it at all to be honest. You should seriously talk to Rang3.

Ill always be there, ill always have no life, but one thing wont change, my knowledge and trust in myself and others i possess and the fact i do it alone most of the times just makes my work as a leader alot more significant and you will never see it again from anyone else but me

Hell if I knew how to do inside forums work as in changing skins and what not, I would too but the only person who is willing to teach me is m4n(Team work). We are suppose to take the blame and we are suppose to make things better. Officials have to be a [size=7]team[/size] and we have to comprehend each other's thoughts and see where they are coming from. We need to work as a team. No, I don't mean work as a team to help another official win an argument, if your wrong and a regular member proves a better point, deal with it. Don't kb him for fucking reason just because he presented a better case then you. I mean work as a team to recruit, help out on pk trips, get people notified, and get people active. I don't care about arguments right now because arguments are and will happen no matter what. It's natural. We need to get this fucking officiating staff working as a team, if that doesn't happen we will get no where far and will die. A clan isn't one person, its multiple people. Team work is how clans and other organisations like a clan thrive and work. No one is blaming you either Rage, they are just pointing out what they believe is wrong.

I think were lacking community, letting people know who u are and u knowing who they are, i try asking people stuff, and make up topics to discuss, im just not seeing that with most of you guys

$ CA CHING $ Posts: 2,814 Group: Old School Member Member #302 Joined: May 13, 2006	Telling people in RS works better than telling them in IRC. 1)Most of the time people are afk in IRC. 2) If they are in a hury they will just close out the pm. 3) If they have a lot of pms they won't see yours 4) They just exit chat when it's being spammed 5) Most of the time they are busy in RS to be bothered reading IRC. 1) You can't be inactive in RS for over a minute so most likely they are active and not afk. 2) They have no choice but to see your PM. 3) When you have people like Peli Kan 2, they are never in IRC but they are in RS a lot. So how do you tell someone to sign up who isn't in IRC? All because you don't see us doing things, doesn't mean we arn't doing it.
