When people leave don't be an "ass" to them since it's pretty pointless and won't solve anything. Never know, if you act nice to the person still he might return like several of CP has in the past. If the person threatens to leave then ignore it since it's nothing to worry about. Also watch at who you joke around with and curse with since if you curse or joke around with the wrong person it usually makes the person leave. Aslo watch out for the adult content talks (porno for example) and try to avoid them much as possible to keep the environment as clean and mature as possible. Be nice to your members and you get respect and recognition and the member will be nice to you back. As I said, keep the chat clean, safe, and mature for other members and show respect to regular members and people who left and are threating to leave. By no adult content I mean no porn, no drug content, and ect. Do your jobs the proper way and don't try to act like your above anybody since without members a clan is nothing. Officials are just law enforcers to keep the clan in order. Show respect to everyone in CP since this clan should be a freindly environment to everyone even ex-cp and others. Would also be appreciated if you get people signed up for that stupid FFA event thing. |
