It’s not a big deal or anything, but there are some exceptional members that I feel should be acknowledged as member of the month. There are no “Rewards” to being member of the month, other than being named on top of the site, as well as being given a pm or something telling him congratulations, etc. Maybe, we can have him get half-op for a week or something, I don’t know, that might be attractive to power hungry abusers, but I don’t see any power hungry members in CP now that dead1y arrow left Anyways, this member of the month might be able to motivate some cp members to post a bit more, or be a bit more active on forums, as well as IRC. We can have a “member of the month” and a “runner-up” or something like that. If the majority of the officials agree to this idea, I guess we can hold a poll of only officials, or the entire cp to vote on the member of the month. But then the cons of allowing the entire public to vote would be that they would vote for themselves, or closers friends within cp, than the actual person who really deserves it. Just post on what you think about this idea. Add more ideas, or change it up a bit if you wish.

Unregistered	It's a bit stupid because when Rage was leader we had it and it didn't last at all. If you remember the thread that Rage made, I won it by miles and nothing even happened. I guess we could try it again though.

I dont see why we shouldnt have one, maybe you should provide me reasons to why we should NOT have member of the month honors.

Well i guess it could turn out good becuase people will strive more for it or people could get angry over the decision, say its baised, wrong or whatever. It was tryed before and didn't really work. !!CORRUPT MODDIE!! Posts: 634 Group: Old School Member Member #964 Joined: July 15, 2006	Tbh theres no harm in trying it could be a monthly thing where we appoint one player member of the month they dont receive anything but a boost to their moral so others dont really have a reason to complain

Unregistered	Yeh I agree. There should be no rewards apart from the fact that they have their name put on the forums as Member of the Month. This should make them feel more happier and boost moral.
