So, i went deep and found a lvl 70 who was buying team capes i guess. i told her i had no food so she skulled on me and i speced her dead. this is the loot i got from her: Then, about 2 minutes later i came across a tank ranger with obby cape rune boots rune full helm, legs and blk d hide body.
