So I sent a message to jagex and saw a thread, and both proved that it is legal. Here's the proof That was my personal message to Jagex. This is the public, forums version of what Jagex's take on it is. To find it go to the runescape page, click on "Forums" Scroll down to "Pking" And click on "Luring into the wilderness" I hope this clears up what Cp has thought about on luring. And yourpureowned.. this is what I think about jagex right now for bannign you...

Some j mods said it wasn't aloud, and some said it was. Now finally you can lure without being scared you will get banned. Nice one Jagex (for once )
