For example, i see many people do not realize that they need to read rules and paste "I can read", but yet, some of us still give him thumbs up? We need to crack down on rules a bit, and make sure they filled out every single answer with high quality. ~m4n

Unregistered	I always get them to pm me ingame before I accept (unless they've pmed someone else) and check if they're put the "I can read" text in. And yeh, an inactivity sweep is a good idea.
