$ CA CHING $ Posts: 2,814 Group: Old School Member Member #302 Joined: May 13, 2006	Since there is 6 new officials, I would like to state what I expect from you. What I want you to do: I expect the officials to be active on forums, in game, and in IRC. I also want you guys to sign up or reply on every event topic and reply to important topics. The officials get people to sign up for an event, so if there is an event soon, I want you guys telling everyone that hasn't signed up and posting the link in IRC. You guys are suppose to help out members of the clan and not start conflict but reslove conflict. You guys gain members trust and respect. If the clan is bored, do something about it. Make an event of some sort whether its fight pits, cw, pking, bronze interclan war, whatever. I want the officials to be strong, loyal, motivated, and dedicated. Also try to use correct grammar and keep cursing down to a very low minimum. What I don't want you to do. I do not want to see or hear of any official in any stupid argument that is pointless and threatens to leave the clan because of it. You solve problems in an orderly fassion only. If you guys get into arguments, do not spam the chat trying to prove your point. Also when an outside CP person says "cp sucks" you don't respond by flaming back. On topics like war declarations, you do not say " you guys suck" or anything of that nature either. Do not start conflict between other clans, let the other clan look stupid not us. You do not complain when you die in a battle or lose.Try not to bring tons of negative publicity to the clan by breaking the ethics of the wild, the main rule is no teleing ethic wise. We need to focus on making this clan better which consist of getting a higher member count, getting our actives back, and making members loyal, dedicated, and motivated. I want to see more unofficial events that members enjoy. Work on making the clan better and lets make it better. The rest of the things that are expected are common sence.
