Actually when u die if ur a believer/follower of God u go to heaven, if not u go to hell. Not trying to sound harsh, but if ur not a follower of God ur screwed once u die. And since I'm a christian I know I will go to heaven. U also don't get to heaven by good deeds.

lmfao? ru kidding me? u dont go to heaven by being good? JUst bcuz u believe in God doesnt mean u go straight to heaven.........You also have to be good on earth....So if hitler was catholic hed go to heaven? Maybe you just made a typo but u said "u Also dont get to heaven by doing good deeds.

idk what ur talkin' bout, but yea if ur a follower of God you'll go to heaven. and if not, u'll burn in hell for eternity (sp) how do u think earth came about? huh? God made it, God made us, and he sent his son to earth to give us a chance to believe in him. And on judgement day when all knees fall b4 God and believer will spend eternity with him and others will go straight to hell, what will u think then? death is a serious thing if u aint a christian....that's alll i gotta say and its sad to see most of u thing of death as a joke....

Is Hell Exothermic or Endothermic

Dr. Schambaugh, of the University of Oklahoma School of Chemical Engineering, Final Exam question for May of 1997. Dr. Schambaugh is known for asking questions such as, "why do airplanes fly?" on his final exams. His one and only final exam question in May 1997 for his Momentum, Heat and Mass Transfer II class was: "Is hell exothermic or endothermic? Support your answer with proof."

Most of the students wrote proofs of their beliefs using Boyle's Law or some variant. One student, however, wrote the following:

"First, We postulate that if souls exist, then they must have some mass. If they do, then a mole of souls can also have a mass. So, at what rate are souls moving into hell and at what rate are souls leaving? I think we can safely assume that once a soul gets to hell, it will not leave.

Therefore, no souls are leaving. As for souls entering hell, let's look at the different religions that exist in the world today. Some of these religions state that if you are not a member of their religion, then you will go to hell. Since there are more than one of these religions and people do not belong to more than one religion, we can project that all people and souls go to hell. With birth and death rates as they are, we can expect the number of souls in hell to increase exponentially.

Now, we look at the rate of change in volume in hell. Boyle's Law states that in order for the temperature and pressure in hell to stay the same, the ratio of the mass of souls and volume needs to stay constant. Two options exist:

      1. If hell is expanding at a slower rate than the rate at which souls enter hell, then the temperature and pressure in hell will increase until all hell breaks loose.
      2. If hell is expanding at a rate faster than the increase of souls in hell, then the temperature and pressure will drop until hell freezes over.

So which is it? If we accept the quote given to me by Theresa Manyan during Freshman year, "that it will be a cold night in hell before I sleep with you" and take into account the fact that I still have NOT succeeded in having sexual relations with her, then Option 2 cannot be true...Thus, hell is exothermic."

The student, Tim Graham, got the only A

According to this student, everyone goes to hell. =)

Well i am a Christian myself, i do believe in god and jesus, but, i do to wish to baptize till after im 18 for 1 reason. In the teen ages, most teens are pressured and forced to go to church (if their parents do so) so u really have no choice. After i graduate high school, and i go to college, i wont HAVE to go to church, but if i do decide to, then i must believe in something then huh? Thats when ill choose to get baptized

TO SEMI: I got baptised just 6 months ago. I went through this class and learned a lot about God. My parents decided not to babtise me for I should decide. They don't force me to go to church, and normaly I do not. I pray to god every day though and that is my belief to honor him, and thats when I got babtised.
Also, its embarassing to get babtised cause they make u stand in 2 feet of water and get soaked in it lol...

I've thought about this for years... it seems werid. I became catholic 6 months ago, and do believe in god. But what if when you die nothing happens? It worries me and I get scared of this thought of my life coming down and ending, and then I think. Well, maybe we were made by natural adaption, but what created the earth, the planets, the universe? Thats where I believe in God, and believe we go to heaven... but that reincarnation thought keeps on coming up... its weird but seems possible... but then what about your last life? what was the point? you never would know what you accomplished?

Gah im confused I believe we go to heaven....

ive been going to church for like 5 years =/

dunno, there are some things u just gotta believe

Like, if u believe in god, u go to heaven right, what about buddhists and other faiths, do they all just go to hell?

the only answer i get from those questions is, "Have Faith"
