I thought I would post a little about the great movie "A beautiful Mind"

When this first came out I was not sure about it so I missed it. I recently purchased it on DVD in the sales(Yay for January sales, lol) and I really loved it.
It stars Russell Crowe,Jennifer Connelly as the principal cast and its about John Nash(Crowe) who is a brilliant mathematician. He is on the brink of international acclaim when his life takes a bad turn.It happens via form of A conspiracy of the human kind.(Dont want to give all the plot away.) His wife(Connelly) tries to help him through.

I really think they got it right with this film,it was worthy of its 4 academy awards.
I thought Jennifer Connelly was great in The house of Sand and Fog but she is also great in this.
I must admit I have never been a huge fan of Russell Crowe but seeing this movie has made me see him in a new light(No not like that.lol.) It was good to see him in this sort of role.

Well If you got time and a DVD rental store near you I recommend renting this movie.

This movie is increadible. When I watched it for the first time my jaw dropped. I was like are you kidding me....In regaurds to how the story plays out. I later attempted to read the book. This is a very difficult task. I don't know if any of you have attempted the book, but it's very slow and long winded. I definately agree with Jodie on the movie, but I recommend that you avoid the book. LOL.

Thanks for the comments Linz. I have not read the book so I might steer clear, then again I like long winded books,so I might get it to make my own critique of it.lmao.
I just thought the movie was so believable. Its like when you start thinking about things deep down, you start to question could he really have been part of a conspiracy?
I love movies that get you thinking. Its good for the mind.

No doubt about that. When a movie gets you thinking about what could be real, I get all freaked out and start over analyzing everything. LOL. Like the Matrix or Memento. SO GOOD! I wsh I could get into really long wined books, I just can't. If you really liked the story that much though, and you can handle a long read, then I definately suggest that book. ;)

For some reason I just cannot get into the Matrix. It just goes over my head because I get caught up in the action and caught looking at the lovely Trinity.lol.
I love Memento, that is a fantastic film. Also starring Ms Moss.
