Your tv's are weird tho.lol. If you know what I mean the hrz is different but making the dvd region free should solve the problem. Anyway Im just trying to help. It's easier to play NTSC DVDs on PAL TVs and DVD Players, 'cause almost all PAL Players offer this feature, but PAL DVDs on NTSC TVs and Players are probably not supported. Although your 13 cons DVD is the NTSC version, so this should work.
