I was thinking today.... we should all get together. And then I laughed at myself and was like, yeah right, cuz we're all so far apart. But that goes me thinking, who is really where? So instead of listing individual countries, because there are billions, I just listed continents, with the exception of North America, which I broke up. So..... vote your local and below, say what country (or state or provience) you are from..... Just out of curiousity.

Me... I am originally from Newaygo, Michigan, but for the last two years, I have lived in Sutherland, Virginia. We don't plan on staying here forever.... I'm longing for Canada... but we'll see.

i'm from the us of a, and new jersey more specifically. i grew up in bayville, then i moved to lakehurst, then toms river. i now live in new brunswick, where i've been for the past 3 and a half years for school, and although i don't want to live here forever, i'm probably going to start working full time for the university in a few months, so i'll be here for a few more years if my plans work out.

I'm in Sydney, Australia. I lived in Indonesia for a while, and then I went away to college in Canberra (captial of Aus), but now I have moved back because I really like Sydney. S'nice.

I plan to live in a lot of different places before I get tied down with a wife and three kids, or a husband and two dogs, or 34 cats and an extensive stamp collection.

Like Graham, I think Canada would be an awesome place to live. I haven't been to North America, so I am coming over to scope out locations soon.
For me though, it's like I've given birth to my own baby girl. You know? Only she's, like, a big giant girl who smokes and says "shit" a lot.

I am Swedish but I live in Norway, in a small town called Halden, the only town mentioned in the norwegian national anthem (yey... ) The poulation is about 25000 and most of them are like farmers...or old people. So basically a very boring place to live.
It's very close to the swedish border though, it takes about ten minutes to drive there. I can see swedish water from my house! :)
It's in the southeast in Norway, as south as you can get near the border of Sweden.

This autumn, I'm (hopefully) going to Bergen in Norway for a year (in the westcoast of Norway), and after that I'd really like to get into UCLA in Los Angeles to study Ethnomusicology.
I'd like to move to Ireland as well. Dublin is an amazing city.
It's common to be crazy, so is it crazy to be common?

Pretend you're really old. I mean, really, really old. I'm sure some of them will start to look better to you then.

It's really all about perspective.

Or I don't know what I'm talking about.... Who knows.

have you heard of bayville before???? usually no one ever has (even people in nj), so i usually just say i'm from toms river because most people have heard of that. a few years ago, our little league baseball kids won the world series or something like that, so everyone has heard of our town. but yeah, that's where i'm from.

and good ol' nyc is not far from me. good deal. :) i thought everyone on here lived super far from me, so it's comforting to know that you live kinda close.

I chose Europe...because, i live in England....Yup, that old rainy wet country with stupid Blair as our primeminister and stuff....That little island across the Pond, that tiny pathetic little country where people get away with murder, literally.
Yup, that's my home sweet home.
