(i.e. stripping) and I think she would be less apt to leave if Mombie wasn't there. I don't know... I'm so confused. I want an hour with the writers.... just an hour, that's all.

Reason being... Sophie told Mombie that she was leaving the Carnivale that morning. So... Mombie knew either way that Sophie was planning on leaving. Mombie knew that if Sophie left, the Carnivale would have no use for her. See what I am saying?? Mombie knew that Lodz was going to be killed by Ben... she can tell the future. So she killed herself and Sophie... Any clearer??? heh heh heh (It's hard to type it out... it makes sooo much sense in my head!!) hmm so she kills sofie coz she knows that lodz is gonna die too? and she knows sofies leaving? so she doesnt want to be left alone without sofie AND lodz?? hmm so she and lodz r on the same side?? which means lodz is on the non-evil side? coz everyone assumes sofie is evil prophet wannabe. somehow, i don't wanna buy sofie as evil.. she really has done nothing THAT bad ( except the part w/ libby and jonesy which was terrible- but not evil!) and i don't think lodz is on the side of the goodguys. predictions: theres no way sofie dies, she is too important to the storyline.. jonesy may or maynot make it ( for the st8 women drool factor) appo probaby dies. PS-I think sofie wld make a TERRIBLE stripper.. that girl can't dance to save her life( remember the scene in Babylon at the movie theater) i was watching that episode again...the sofie libby dance sequence had some massive eye shagging going on- and that was the first day they had really hing out together

If Sophie left and Lodz was dead, then Mombie would be of no use to the carnival... so they would drop her. Mombie knew (by being able to predict the future) that Lodz would die, (I think Lodz and Mombie have some sort of connection, I don't know what it is... but they are connected somehow) so she wanted Sophie to be the one that was used for Ruthie to save Lodz... face it, he was the only one left that could read her mind. Once she found out that Lodz was dead... she decided she needed to kill herself and Sophie.... now you see what I am saying??

Mommatose: Good morning, my dear. Sofie: You thought that was pretty funny last night, didn't you? Mommatose: Well, I don't know about "funny." I was kinda turned on, though. I mean, we all go a little lesbian sometimes, right? Sofie: You know what I'm talking about. Don't bother denying it. Mommatose: Oh, you're the one in denial, my dear. How's the weather in that closet, anyway? Sofie: Making the worm move? That was a nice touch. Mommatose: Aw, thanks. I thought so, too. I'd also like to add that it was the sight of an obvious phallic symbol jiggling that made you almost want to vomit. Are you really too stupid to figure out what that means? Sofie: I've been thinking you could use a haircut. It's 1934 and long hair just isn't in style anymore. We've gotta bring you up to the times. Mommatose: Oh, come on! Short hair? Phallus phobia? Isn't any of this adding up for you? Sofie: So tell me more about this so-called "rape." Because [snip] I've been wondering [snip] about it, and it just [snip] ain't adding up.
