No way!!! It's not cheating... as long as it's not acted upon! I look at it this way... couples watch porn together all the time, and if that's not considered cheating, then thinking some random dude walking by is hot is like saying "Hey, I like hot dogs." My ex-boyfriend and I used to rate people walking buy all the time. It was entertaining. I gave him back is engagement ring when I found out he got some other girl pregnant... now that's what I consider cheating.
