Yep  'cause (spoilers ahead ;)) of all the bad experiences: her boyfriend, the ppl she trusted, her boss - they were all bad, while she was nice. And the time she turned bad, things were better for her: no asshole boyfriend anymore, the $1 mio bonus gave her the firm = her own business - and she even told her new intern: "Don't be nice!" - followed by your favorite Clea quote "You'll learn intern, you'll learn"
 so life isn't nice, and (from time to time) you have to be a monster
