Well, I don't know if/when you'll get it overseas... it hasn't been released to DVD/VHS yet. HOWEVER... if you look on ebay, they have people auctioning VCD's with all 12 eps. That might be the way to go for you. Hmmm... they also have a couple of people who have it on DVD for sale on ebay, but all I've seen in R1.
