If a pokemon, move, or anything is implemented: a. It has been released both via the server and client and that this release is as official as a beta client release gets. Beta client releases are not all equally official as sometimes a pokemon will be partially released. Also you are not required to get an update if you don't want to use the new additions. b. It is known and used in the metagame. If nobody has used it or brought it up, it doesn't exist and counts as unimplemented, period. Sometimes not bringing it up doesn't count either. Basically not used = not implemented. c. Before a true nonbeta Official update happens (aka the update that goes through Eric the Espeon) we must cull things we are not sure we want and make sure that pokemon and move additions are not broken and are positive forces for the metagame. d. Glitchmon will be updated once glitch city goes back online, no if, ands, or buts. e. some CaP pokemon are put through test periods where we try to figure out stat spread, ability, or other stuff.
